Wrestling star Hulk Hogan is threatening legal actions against anyone who continues to display his recently leaked sex tape video footage online. The recent Hulk Hogan video scandal has caused quite a stir from "The Hulkster." The former WWE champion and current TNA wrestling star is now threatening legal actions against the site that posted the leaked sex video online, in addition to consequences against any others who post the video.

According to a report from TMZ.com on October 5, 2012, the leaked sex tape footage was originally posted on the Gawker website just a day ago. However, Hulk Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, is working with his legal team to make sure the footage doesn't surface in other areas online. He's also drafting a cease-and-desist order against the Gawker site to make sure the leaked sex video clip is removed from their site.

One of Hogan's legal representatives, attorney David R. Houston commented on the recent situation to TMZ, saying:
"This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."
Reportedly, this tape was being shopped to the highest bidder at the beginning of 2012, and screenshots from the video made their way online back in April. The actual leaked Hulk Hogan sex video footage just made it online a day ago. The topic quickly become a top trend on the internet as many were curious to see what all the commotion was over.

Gawker says they "obtained the tape from an anonymous source," and surprisingly it was "free." That would seem to indicate someone is looking to bash Hogan's name. However, with Hulk now unleashing his legal team, it seems they may be able to make anyone think twice before posting the footage or even screenshots of it.
